The Boston Harbor Flood Risk Model is informing the development of a resiliency plan for Boston’s Central Artery Tunnel System, and has been used by the city of Boston, the city of Cambridge, and the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation in efforts to mitigate flooding of metropolitan roads.
This project produced a blueprint that national and international agencies can mirror to better assess and design resiliency options.
