Woods Hole Group incorporates in-house products and software along with other equipment manufacturer’s (OEM) products into our integrated systems. We select the most reliable, accurate, and cost-effective components to meet our customer’s requirements, independent from the source. At the core is our Integrated Real-Time Monitoring System (IRMS) software. This proprietary software is developed and maintained in-house, and performs valuable data management, QA/QC, archiving, displays, and first-level analysis. IRMS is modular and robust, allowing for user-specified features for the variety of sensors incorporated into port & harbor, shallow water, and offshore met-ocean monitoring systems. Since we specialize in real-time systems, we have our in-house system integration and data telemetry module. SeaTeam receives, buffers, manages, and transmits data from a range of instruments, using diverse telemetry technologies, including direct connect, acoustic, radio, satellite, cell phone, and IP modems. In addition to our standard products and software, we offer custom-engineered systems, and have capital equipment available for lease.
